R&D capability

Home page

Our company has a perfect R&D technology development system, which can independently complete from material design to product processing, providing one-stop product services for customers. Our product development areas include: clean energy, automotive lightweight and new energy vehicles, industrial automation technology and medical devices. Our product development and technology capability is enhanced by years of technology accumulation and precipitation, mainly reflected in the following aspects:

Extrusion die: Extrusion die is the foundation of aluminum alloy hot extrusion molding, which is the guarantee for the subsequent stable extrusion of products. The company has independent die design and processing capabilities, the company can independently complete the processing and manufacturing of the outer circle of 586mm die capacity, while the company is equipped with X-TRUDE simulation software to optimize the die design structure, and effectively enhance the extrusion production efficiency.

Aluminum alloy materials: according to the specific needs of different customers for aluminum alloy composition, we can carry out specific research in terms of alloy composition design, casting process, homogenization treatment system, extrusion process development, aging system research, etc., to ensure the stability and specificity of raw materials for different customers' products.

Simulation: The company owns Icepark and inspire-trude software, which can carry out flow rate analysis of extrusion mold, thermal simulation simulation of heat dissipation capacity of radiator, static simulation of battery case, simulation of vibration simulation, etc., and synthesize the production products and working characteristics through temperature distribution cloud map, flow rate distribution cloud map, pressure distribution cloud map and other aspects.
